As Founder and Principal of MLK Consulting, Marc brings over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry having held Executive-level positions with high net-worth family-office firms and syndications, and Operations leadership roles with nationally recognized Real Estate Investment Trusts, including UDR and Douglas Emmett.  Marc has been responsible for multiple diversified multifamily portfolios throughout the Western US where he’s successfully implemented value-add strategies and management of day-to-day property operations of over 13,000 units, collaborating with teams in over $2B of multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, renovation and repositioning, and capital investment.​ 

Marc holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from The University of Connecticut and is an active member of the National Apartment Association, California Apartment Association, and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles.
